On March 21, the first day of MMS 2011, I announced the immediate availability of the Deployment Research blog and Deployment Research Facebook page. Sites filled with video-tutorials on how to deploy operating systems. Information about this new site, as well a bunch of other deployment related community sites was by the way also printed (thank you FedEx) and put in the attendee-bag (Thank you Microsoft) for every MMS 2011 attendee, about 4000 people.
This also means that the deployvista.com blog will not be much active anymore. It will still exist, but the content will gradually be migrated over to the new site, cleaned-up and converted into the new format…
Happy deployment, and I hope to see you online in the forums…

If you are going to TechEd in Berlin this year, make sure to sign up for the Deployment Pre-conference day.
It will be a full day, where we build a complete Windows XP to Windows 7 migration / deployment solution. The presenters are: me (Johan Arwidmark), Mikael Nystrom, Michael Niehaus, Jeremy Chapman, and Steve Campbell. All skilled deployment experts with roots in the real world.
We call it "Experience a REAL Windows 7 Deployment"
I hope to see you there...

| Oh I wish this was free. I would love to see you experts at work. Will you have a stand? I was lucky enough to win a free ticket to Teched. Meeting one you guys would be fantastic. I'm going to bring your book with me to Berlin just in case I see you so I can get your autograph! :) |

Sorry, the company I work for will not have a booth, but I will be in the Microsoft client/deployment booth in the TLC area during the event. Please step by and say hi, I will be happy to sign the book for you.

| It would be great opportunity for me to meet you experts working together but unfortunately my company doesn’t provide any opportunity to attend this TechEd can u please share the doc and video from the TechEd. |
